Shipping: I’ve included shipping for Canada, USA, and UK. Will ship on May 31, 2026 (or earlier, if I go into Vancouver sooner). Shipping to Canada might be lower. If so, I’ll contact you to offer extras or a refund. Shipping to other international countries, such as Australia will be about $10-$20 more, but since there are limited paperbacks available please purchase one to reserve it and I’ll contact you to confirm the actual shipping charge. You can then send me the extra $ or I’ll refund the order.
