So this is one of those recipes I swear I’ve posted before, but now I can’t seem to find it.

Will be making these this afternoon. Yum.
Pictures!! I hope they are yummy!
I’ve been sitting here wondering what to take to a potluck, and you solved my problem! I hope they leave some for me to bring back home. 😀
I hope so too, but I bet not. 😀 I hope they turn out tasty! Would love pictures, if you are so inclined.
Here’s the pic. I liked them but my favorite is still Jade’s fave. So looking forward to July 23rd!

Made 2 day, but how do icing thick. Using the fresh strawberries made the icing melt quickly. I added more sugar it didn’t help. Will post pic
That’s so odd. I don’t think the fresh strawberries should melt the icing. I keep my purée chunky, and make sure not to add too much. More icing sugar usually thickens it. Where are you? Maybe the butter melted? Was it really hot when you baked?

Butterm was soft but not melted. It was all good til I added strawberries. It was chunky. The first time I made it extra pureed it was too liquidity. So tried again. But second batch was ok. But that happens every time I add any fruit to icing
That is odd. Mine is runnier, of course, but I can get it to a spreadable thickness by adding a bit more icing. I imagine it was still tasty!
Love the picture!
Lol still taste good 😆
