Yeeeeeeeees … have to tell you, I threw a bit of a “mini tantrum” at the end of Dowser 8. I was reading on my tablet, and those last few pages (no spoilers), the way you left things with Jade and her “Crew”, I went to turn the page, annnnnnd … I looked up at my husband, back at the EMPTINESS thaaaaat was on my tablet, flipped it over (just to be sure, ya know), hubby thought that was hilarious, then reality set it … WTH Meghan??!!**
Uggggggghhhhhhh … these type of cliffhangers are so not good for my calorie intake!!! Nor husbands who laugh at me when I am *seriously* looking for that missing chapter, because I just KNOW she would not do thiiiiiis to me … there may or may not have been some pouting done, while periodically rechecking my Dowser 8 copy, throughout that evening.

XD, I just had to laugh @Melissa Baade…Oh dear,I so did the same thing..much pouting and almost calling to yell at customer service of my bookseller because I too thought for sure that I was missing pages..Please please my dearest Meghan, never ever leave us hanging like that again. We love your writing sooo much and we don’t need a cliffhangar to make sure we get the next one, honest. My mother called me after she finished reading wondering if she was missing pages also..we ranted a bit together. I’m just so happy that Meghan doesn’t keep us waiting years for any sequels..Id absolutely fall to pieces if you were anything like a certain author who rhymes with Smeorge RR Smarten.

Ooh, an actual book! I love my e-reader but I miss the smell of those fresh pages! It would soon be looking a little haggard (all my favourite book have a reading copy and a shelf copy- I just love on my books too much when I read!) and probably stained, as I will be following the recipes in the book and baking all those yummy cupcakes.
