As I’ve mentioned before, I commissioned illustrations from Nicole Deal for each of the Archivist series novels. Of which I have three planned for 2021 release. I’m so, so pleased that I was able to convince Nicole to work with me because it has been a total blast so far.
I’ve had the first of the illustrations (as well as Nicole’s earlier sketches) open on my desktop while writing Archivist 1 and it’s been so inspiring to catch glimpses of Dusk and Sisu while shaping and refining the story/series!!
You will find Nicole’s absolutely striking take on Dusk and Sisu tucked between Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of Awakening Infinity (Archivist 0). It will be in full-colour in the eBook version (unless your eReader doesn’t do colour) and grayscale in the paperback.

The skill! Sisu looks like a more mischievous version of my son Ronan who is also 6 😊 I’ve unconsciously decided that Sisu is Ronan in my brain and now I picture him running around with a sword when reading your releases 😂 Dusk looks gorgeous as well! Oh!! Sisu is so cute!! He looks almost like I pictured him. Energetic little boy with blond, straight hair. But, I do love the curls and he’s got his sword!! Dusk is beautiful and has her hand (protection) on his shoulder!!! Great character drawings. 😍

Where is the best shop (online or otherwise) to buy paperbacks of your series? I have them all in digital, but I have a habit of collecting actual books from authors I really enjoy. I tried my Kelowna bookstores thinking they might stock your titles but have been unlucky.
Amazon for paperbacks. But they are also online at other retailers. But your bookstore might be able to order them in??

Will there be a Dowser 9 in the future? Will Haoxin every forgive Jade or always bear a grudge. How did Warner and Jade’s wedding final go? Love the new Archivist series. Anticipating the release on March 2nd.
There is a Dowser 9. Gemstones, Elves, and Other Insidious Magic. It released over two years ago, pretty much right after Dowser 8.5. It answers both those questions. 😊

I suppose it depends if you think that holding Infinity is more important than holding Sisu (and I think you will find Dusk’s answer to that in Archivist 0).
