While After the Virus is fundamentally a love story (on multiple levels) it is also a horror/post-apocalyptic/dystopian standalone novel with all the graphic violence, general psychotic behaviour (not main characters), and ongoing traumatic situations that setting implies.
Specific Content of Note (not exhaustive): violence (on the page), including assault, attempted murder, murder, blood, death, and gore, explicit language, attempted sexual assault (not between main characters), discussions/thoughts of past abuse, kidnapping and hostage situations (main character and a child), plague (aftermath of) and weaponized zombie-like creatures. Oh, my! I have been reading NOTHING BUT YOU since the first “Amplifier 0” book. Wonderful, delightful, etc., etc. Now, I have your cookbook and you have outdone yourself. Since we live in the Great Basin Desert (Utah) and are at 5550 feet elevation, I have had to do some “tweaking” to the recipes in order for them to actually be edible (not hockey pucks). But, they and we are adaptable, right! RIGHT! Thanks for all the wonderful books. You have a dedicated fan, Megan.
