Cake in a Cup: The Menu

Okay, this is odd, but because I’m about to post a ‘name a cupcake’ poll in the reader-run Facebook fan group (give me a couple of minutes, please) I needed a link to the list of Cake in a Cup cupcakes. But, apparently, I hadn’t posted a Cake in a Cup menu yet? Strange. Anyway, here it is alphabetically for ease of searching.

The cupcakes marked with asterisks* have recipes in the Adept Universe cookbook [download here]. The linked cupcakes have individual (though likely older and not as well-formatted) recipes on my blog.

  1. Desire, exultation, love, sass, tease – there is a pattern around dark chocolate! And I just love all the books!

  2. I have three… 💛Charm, 😁Joys, and ☀️Sunshine! Can you tell I love lemon probably as much as you love chocolate 😂

  3. Thank you so so much for linking the cookbook! I had it on my old iPad that can no longer be updated and works fast like snails! I recently googled “Dowser series chocolate buttercream”. -which works too but is way less fun without browsing!!
I’m so happy to have a version I can get to! Yay! Thank you!!! Thank you!!

  4. Tease in a cup and Tart in a cup. Mainly because I am missing the Oregon Coast soooo much! That’s where I can eat blackberries almost wherever we are when there. On hikes, at our vacation rentals, in the forests, walking to the beach. Best memories ever! I am so ready to move there.

  5. Clarity followed by Charm. Granted, I have yet to make every one yet, but I always return to these two. I love chocolate too so I definitely need to make more effort to find a favorite chocolate one. 😉

  6. I’ve been hoping for the chocolate gingerbread recipe 🙂 If you ever find one that is lovely and you are willing to share! I baked Buzz in a Cup for a teacher appreciation event at my son’s school. They *really* appreciated it!! 😀

  7. I would love to know the inspiration for the cups, like I know some are based on specific characters.

  8. Elation, Desire and Tingle. My daughter’s (12) name is Serenity. She doesn’t like carrot cake. She thinks HER recipe would be milk chocolate with a caramel icing. 😋

    1. It is unlikely I’ll be adding cupcakes. You, however, could bake the bottom of charm or sunshine and top it with vixen. 😁
